Chocolate chip cookie dough truffles

// Cookie dough is always a good idea, isn’t it? These truffles are super easy to make and they require no baking.

Recept:

  • 100 g mjukt smör
  • 25 g strösocker
  • 80 g farinsocker
  • 1 msk vaniljsocker
  • 2 msk grädde
  • 180 g vetemjöl
  • 50 g philadelphia
  • 2 krm salt
  • 150 g chokladknappar
  • 200 g ljus blockchoklad

Låt vila i frysen 15 minuter.

Recipe in english:

  • 100 g soft butter
  • 25 g granulated sugar
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp whipping cream/heavy cream
  • 180 g plain flour
  • 50 g philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 150 g chocolate chips
  • 200 g milk chocolate

Beat the butter and sugars with an electric mixer until fluffy. Mix in the remaining ingredients and stir in chocolate chips. Roll into balls (optional: push a stick into the dough to make “cake pops”). Let the truffles rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Temper chocolate in a water bath (heat to 40–45°C / 105 – 113°F, cool until the temperature is 27°C /81°F , heat it up to 30 °C / 86°F). Get the cookie dough truffles and dip them in the melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper/baking sheet to set completely.
