Gino makes a great dessert for a great new year’s eve dinner: it requires almost no cooking skills whatsoever, it’s quick and absolutely fantastically delicious. It’s definitely one of my favorite desserts.
Instructions: Just put whatever fruits and berries you like in a gratin dish (raspberries, banana, blueberries, kiwi etc). Sprinkle over grated white chocolate, I typically use about 200 g, and (optional) squeeze over some lemon juice.
Heat in the oven at 480°F/250°C until golden brown. It should take five to seven minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
