3 X chocolate truffles

Toblerone, Blueberry and Lemon Truffles – all good things go by three. Also, I love making truffles because 1: it’s easy, 2: they look beautiful, 3: they taste fantastic.

Recipe:

Toblerone

  • 200 g Toblerone
  • 50 g nougat
  • 60 g  double cream / heavy cream (0,5 dl, 50 ml)
  • 15 g butter

Lemon

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 60 g double cream / heavy cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • zest from one lemon

Blueberry

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 60 g double cream / heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp freeze dried blueberries

Chop the chocolate roughly. Put it in a saucepan with the cream. Melt together over low heat. Add the butter and stir until shiny. Let it cool for a few hours in the fridge before shaping truffles. Roll them in cocoa or icing sugar. Enjoy!
