Avocado toast deluxe with chili and lime. Easy-peasy and so so good.
Baked avocado fries:
- 2 avocados
- 60 g all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- panko breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- optional: lime and chiliflakes
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the avocados into twelve slices. Season with salt and pepper. Place the avocado slices in a bowl and coat them with flour. Dip each slice in egg before rolling them in panko. Put the slices on a baking pan greased with oil. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.
Squeeze over some lime juice and season with chiliflakes or you can make the fantastic dressing that I wrote about here.
