Caramel blueberry pie

En lättlagad och supergod blåbärspaj med en knäckig smak.

// A slice of blueberry pie with chewy caramel? Yes please. This Monday just got a lot better.

Recept:

  • 250 g blåbär
  • 2 msk potatismjöl
  • 2 msk strösocker

Pajtäcke

  • 170 g smör
  • 1 dl ljus sirap
  • 3 dl havregryn
  • 2 dl vetemjöl
  • 1 tsk bakpulver
  • 1 dl farinsocker
  • 1 dl strösocker
  • En nypa salt

Sätt ugnen på 175 grader. Häll blåbären i en pajform. Strö över potatismjöl och socker. Smält smöret i en kastrull. Blanda i resten av ingredienserna till pajtäcket och rör till en jämn smet. Häll smeten över blåbären. Grädda i mitten av ugnen i ca 25-30 minuter.

Recipe in english:

  • 250 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp potato flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Pie crust 

  • 170 g butter
  • 140 g light syrup
  • 105 g rolled oats
  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Pour the blueberries in a pie dish. Sprinkle with potato flour and sugar. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour the mixture over the blueberries. Bake in middle of the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
