Going retro – Banana split

A fun Friday dessert.

Chocolate covered banana bites, one banana, three kinds of ice cream, Nutella sauce, whipped cream and sprinkles.

Nutella sauce is the easiest thing ever: Mix Nutella with milk and it’s done.
Chocolate covered banana bites: Cut the banana into smaller pieces and freeze them. Temper milk chocolate (about 200 g) in a water bath (heat to 40–45°C // 105 – 113°F, cool until the temperature is 27°C //81°F , heat it up to 30 °C // 86°F). Coat the banana pieces in chocolate before rolling them in sprinkles. Enjoy!
