Blueberry parfait

Easy no-bake frozen cake. Topped with M&M. 

Recept:

  • 4 äggulor
  • 4 + 1 msk florsocker
  • 4 dl vispgrädde
  • 3 msk vaniljsocker
  • 200-250 g blåbär
  • 1 påse M&M

Blanda äggulor, (4 msk) florsocker och vaniljsocker i en bunke. Mixa blåbär och ca 1 msk florsocker med en stavmixer. Blanda i blåbären i bunken tillsammans med ca en halv påse M&M eller chokladknappar av valfri sort. Vispa grädden och vänd ner den med resten av ingredienserna. Häll smeten i en sockerkaksform. Ställ i frysen minst sex timmar innan servering.

Recipe in english:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 + 1 tbsp icing sugar (powdered sugar) 
  • 400 g heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 200-250 g blueberries
  • 1 bag of M&M’s (150-200 g) 

Mix egg yolks, (4 tbsp) icing sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl. Puree blueberries with about 1 tbsp icing sugar using a hand blender. Stir in blueberries in the bowl along with about half a bag of M&M’s or chocolate chips of any kind. Whisk cream and fold it in with the rest of the ingredients. Pour batter into a cake pan. Freeze for at least six hours before serving.
