Avocado toast with chili and lime

This is so easy, but sooo goood! I eat this for breakfast (or lunch) quite often, it’s my favorite avocado toast.

You need:

  • Dark bread
  • 1 avocado
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • A half red chili pepper (mild)
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • Salt
  • Chiliflakes

Mix everything (except the avocado) in a bowl. Taste it … too sour? Add more sugar. Too sweet? Add a bit more salt. Mash the avocado on top of each slice of bread. Drizzle the lime/chili dressing over it. Add some extra chiliflakes if you want it to be spicy.
